To facilitate this process, we've streamlined our return procedure. Please refer to the information below for guidance on initiating a return.
How to Return Purchased Items:
To initiate a return request, please email us at info@ardentmedicalsupply.com. All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase, in their original condition, and with packaging intact. Please allow up to two weeks for credit card refunds. Ardent Medical Supply will cover return shipping costs only for damaged or incorrect items.
Exclusions to Return Policy:
Ardent Medical Supply does not accept returns on breast pumps, used products, or clearance items. Due to hygiene considerations and the personal nature of maternity compression items, we can only accept returns or exchanges of unworn items in their original packaging. Returns are subject to evaluation by Ardent Medical Supply. Breast pump accessories purchased as part of a bag/pump combination are eligible for exchange only. To exchange your breast pump bag accessories purchased in a pump/bag combination, please email us with subject line “returns” to info@ardentmedicalsupply.com.
Other Items Purchased to be exchanged in Case of Manufacturer Defect:
If you've purchased other items that have a manufacturer defect, you may be eligible for an exchange. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for covering the shipping costs. Please contact our customer service team at info@ardentmedicalsupply.com for further assistance.

Please note that all breast pumps are warrantied through the manufacturer, not through Ardent Medical Supply.
